High Desert Motor Union warrants that all parts and labor supplied by our shop are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of the original repair.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, High Desert Motor Union may repair or replace defective parts and/or correct workmanship at no charge, provided the vehicle is returned to our facility for inspection before repairs are performed elsewhere.

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, overheating, lack of maintenance, improper operation, normal wear items unless otherwise stated, unrelated system failures, used/salvage/recycled/customer-supplied parts unless expressly covered, or repairs altered or performed elsewhere without prior written authorization.

Warranty service requires the original invoice and a reasonable opportunity for inspection. The warranty is non-transferable and subject to California law.
